o 3 peeled potatoes

o 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
o 1 Tbsp butter
o Paprika (optional)
o Freshly ground pepper
3. Macaroni Salad:
o Cooked and rinsed pasta
o Cut carrots
o Cut celery
o Chopped green onion
o Parsley
o Peppadew peppers
o Garlic powder
o Salt and pepper
o Mayonnaise
o Sour cream
o Dijon mustard
4. Other Ingredients:
o Hot dogs
o Ketchup
o Yellow mustard
Instructions:
1. Meat Sauce:
o Sautι diced onions until soft and set aside.
o Brown the ground beef in a hot pan, stirring constantly until fully cooked and crispy brown bits form.
o Add tomato paste and spices (ground cloves, cinnamon, allspice, cayenne pepper, ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder) to the meat.
o Deglaze with water and add sautιed onions back to the pan. Set aside.
2. Home Fries:
o Dice peeled potatoes and boil them with white vinegar and salt.
o Spread cooled potatoes on a paper towel-lined baking sheet.
o Cook potatoes in a cast iron skillet with butter and vegetable oil until golden and crispy.
o Season with salt, pepper, and paprika while warm.
3. Macaroni Salad:
o Mix cooked pasta with cut carrots, celery, green onion, parsley, peppadew peppers, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
o Add mayonnaise, sour cream, and Dijon mustard to the pasta.
4. Assemble the Garbage Plate:
o Start by placing home fries and macaroni salad on the plate.

1 tsp salt (to taste)
