I marinated a thick top round steak overnight in balsamic vinegar, drained it off and packed it in salt till this evening, washed it off, dried it and seared it for 4 minutes each side on the grill put it on other side of grill and baked it at 350 for 30 minutes, let rest 10 minutes, sliced it paper thin. Sides of steamed potato with butter, s&p, shredded cheddar, sour cream and chopped green onions, corn on the cob, thick slice of tomato with s&p.
