I am the cook in our house. I was shown how to make scones maybe 20 years ago, then I was sent an Edmunds Cook Book and I've never looked back.
I will have you know that my chicken and ham pie with onions amd mushrooms and a creamy sauce with puff pastry topping, is the talk of the district.
Not to mention that I make a mean meat loaf.
So I may pass on Sheila's stew which may have a soggy bottom but would not mind a nibble on Keira
Knightley's cup cakes. Small maybe but surely perfectly formed.
