Interesting that he says at the beginning "I have them at home and thought I'd bought them myself but obviously hadn't".
Maybe he'll change his mind about Easter - assure him he won't have to climb the mast.

Tony Blackburn had a few jingles in his own collection and he wanted our permission to use them. I warned him that they may belong to Ray Anderson as O'Rahilly sold him some audio after Mi Amigo sank. It turned out that I was correct. Ray has been known to sue the BBC after Keith Skues innocently used some of Ray's audio.
I thought that as a favour to me Ray might allow Tony to use the audio just this once, but no he required payment. Thus the audio was not used and hence the comments made.
I thought that having helped Tony dodge a legal problem he might return the favour by visiting Revenge at Easter. He declined.
PM.
He thanked Radio Caroline for providing the clips.
I didn't understand the bit about how he couldn't play a jingle. He has written about taking a group of singers into a studio to record a personalised jingle ('The Tony Blackburn Show') so perhaps he has found out he doesn't own the copyright to it.
