Playoff rules on rain outs or play stoppage

Just so everyone knows. The lights go off automatically in Marcus hook at 10:15. Our permit is till 10pm. They keep lights on as a grace period to get to your cars. The games need to start at exactly 6pm. Last night's game 3 had to stop at top 7th cause the lights were going out in 3 min. For those of you that don't know playoff rules. If your playoff game is stopped at any point due to the weather the lights or whatever the game resumes from the exact point it was postponed. This goes for all 3 leagues. Example: if you are in the 6th inning and It starts to pour down rain and you have bases loaded 2 outs that's exactly the same spot your game will resume. I've been doing this a long time and I know what the rules are and playoff games are different then the regular season. Regular season games are official after 4 innings all playoff games must be played to completion to be official. I hope this will help everyone understand the rules. Thanks.
