Posted by BJC on January 8, 2018, 6:30 am
This street is arched, almost like a boomerang. It is accessed either via West Parade, on the south, or Victoria Road West (across from Newton Terrace), on the west.
25 residential homes - 2 built in 1932.
In 1850, this was grassland, named ‘Paddock’; occupied by Matthew Laws, and leased from landowner Cuthbert Ellison. Named after:
City in Derbyshire, England.
