Barry, I was a paper lad for Joe Nightingale from about 1945 to 1949. The layout of those streets is correct even though they were PREFABS in my day. The numbering is correct but in the case of High Lane Row, I'm not sure. Strangely enough I didn't have any customers in that row of Prefabs. I do faintly recall the original Pit Cottages which were there as my Aunt and Uncle, Emilena & George McVitie lived in that row before moving to 66 Hedgely Road.
