Streets of Hebburn ~ West Parade …

Runs along the full length of the north part of Hebburn cemetery, from Victoria Road West (on the west), past Clennel Avenue (on the north), Derby Crescent (on the north) and ends when it meets St. John’s Avenue.
6 homes (Nos. 1-12). Built c.1900.
In 1850, this was grassland, named ‘Paddock’; occupied by Matthew Laws, and leased from landowner Cuthbert Ellison. Named after:
