Geordie Humour 9
Posted by John K on November 9, 2018, 12:23 pm
Geordie's daughter Virginia had got herself a job in the new Aldi at Hebburn. It was arranged that Geordie would walk his little grandbairn, Kylie, to school of a morning. This fitted in nicely with his daily routine as he could collect the 'Sporting Man' from the paper shop on the way back home. One morning, Kylie said,"Granda, was Nanna born in the Roman times?" "Divvent let yor nanna hear ye ask that." replies Geordie, "whey d'ye ask that for?" "Well," said Kylie, "Ah was helping hor te fold the washing and on my knickers there's a label which says, 'age 4 to 6.' But on hors it says 'XXL'.
