The photo you've added to your post is the Jarrow Presbyterian church.
The Rev A Lobban was minister at St Andrews Church in Hebburn. He was inducted March 22nd 1882 and the presbytery was close by on Ellison St (159) which is long gone. The Church is still there but was taken over by Bhuddists a few years ago,
His home was at Newton Villas which is still there today.
In the 1910 Rates List there is a John Lobban living at 12 Buchanan St, and part of that street is still there today.
In 1910 there was a Alice Lobban living at 9 Park Road which is still there today.She was also the house owner.

My Dunn family came to Hebburn 1913 and attended St Andrews so would have know Rev A Lobban.
