Thanks for that Ged. I am still astonished that the Police are intending no action. If I were the neighbours I would repeat the formal complaint and add in writing their concerns that such a dog could attack children. And maybe a letter to the local paper might galvanizing some action. I know that the police are stretched but keeping an eye out doesnt cost anything.
