Yes we must keep no deal on the table, reading the newspapers this morning it seems that the announcement on the various tariffs that could be applied seems to have woken up Ireland to reality, they are now saying that tariffs will cripple their farmers, especially the beef farmers, well tough luck, maybe it is about time realliity struck home. Whenever I go shopping I have, for many many months now, avoided buying food from the EU, I start with British produced products, then Commonwealth, then other countries, if I I then canít find what I want as a last resort I think about EU products but I would never buy butter or cheese from France, we have so much good quality locally produced cheese, butter etc to have to buy those products that come from France.
I donít live in the North but on each visit I do stock up on Cheese from Northumberland and whatever other local produce I can find, same where I live local produce first.
