There were three primitive Methodist chapels in Hebburn, High Lane Row. Central(Argyle Street) and Charles street. Glen Street was not a PM Church it was either a Wesleyan or Free Methodist church.
I believe Charles street Chapel was built for Sunday school work similar to Central Chapel. The photo, is of a Church which the trustee would have had of a church to be built in the future. Charles street Chapel closed because of the damage caused by the Bomb that was dropped on Charles street during the second world war.
