Re: The Pelaw Co-op header
My Grandmother Campbell ( nee Morris) worked there up to June 1911 when she married Grandfather. I assume that she stopped working opon marriage. I have found that Grandfather rented a room off his father in 1912 in Ellison Street.
My father was born in Aln Street. In Feb. Of 1914. So it poses the question when would she have stopped working at the Co-OP. A long walk/ journey from St Rollox St. So itís doubtfull that she would of continued work there living down the Quay. I wonder if she could have transferred to the Quay Co-Op ?
