Having just read the nitty gritty, it needs to be put in a nut shell. My understanding is this. Gina Miller, through the courts, made it legally binding that Article50 could not be triggered except through a vote in Parliament. That vote took place which allowed the PM to trigger Article50 (in accordance with the EU law).
If she wanted to change things by extending Article50 then she would either have to seek a court injunction to change it or seek a vote in Parliament to change it...or both.
Question : Did she do either of those things?
Question : Did she need to.
If the law finds that she should have done and didn't then, technically we left the EU on the 29 March...whoopeeeee!
Of course, that is only my interpretation of it.
