History and tradition are lost on some people. I was at JGS from 1961-1966 through the Headships of Claude Robinson (I recommend his book J'ACCUSE) and Jack/Jake Masterman and the teachings of a selection of teachers whom I would struggle to name. Similarly, Newtown Junior School was torn down and the only remaining (intact) building where I was taught is Bill Quay Infants.Ho hum.
