How much have the unions got this year from the workers who have had no choice they have to pay or not able to work. I remember in the early 1950ís I must have been 10/12, my brother who worked in Leslieís used to send me to a house in John Street at the weekend with money for his union, the man used to mark it in his card so he knew he would be ok to work on the Monday. I know now he was saving to get married so sometimes was behind with his payment, but to go to work he had to pay the union. So the rich provided cash for the Tories and the working man had to contribute to labour whether they wanted to or not. Then in recent years you read the great union men from the 1960ís were being paid by the communists
