Interesting message Sheila re being sent to London. We’re they sacked from the CWS ? The reason I ask is my father had a Sister Called Lucy . My dads brothers etc all lived local . As a kid in the late 50s early 60s I remember my Aunt Lucy coming up from London to visit us in Heworth. I have often wondered how she ended up in London !!!
