Hello Elizabeth. I rang my Sister in Canada last night and was telling her of your plight. She said to tell you that she has an injection once a week which stops her flare ups happening. Now then am just going to type it as I heard it so I hope am right here goes. METITREXATE there you are. If you haven't heard of it ask your Doctor. Hers is administered by injection as I said before. I hope this helps as it certainly helps her. Good luck.
Itís lovely that our good friend Elizabeth has received all this friendly support and feedback. I agree with you entirely that many of our regulars, like Trish, go out of their way to help others.

Thanks you two. I think when you suffer a lot of pain yourself you tend to want to help even more. I have Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis together with Fibromialgia so life is a bit hicklety picklety with me. But I ain't complaining. I am alive and that's all that matters to me.
