I found this report that seems to sum up what mugs we are when dealing with the EU. It lasts just over 5 minutes and seems to mirror most of the views already expressed here

You must watch this folks. It is so simple and absolutely brilliant. Why has this line of thinking not been adopted from the start? That is also simple...it is because almost all MPs want to remain but need the collective guts to backstab the results of a lawful feferendum of the people.

If they succeed in this, there is going to be some very serious trouble in our country, caused by devious, gutless politicians...we know who you are.

My thoughts exactly and, one that should have been put forward from the start.....Simple. We have been side tracked from the very start by some politicians WHO never wanted to leave the EU regardless of how the vote went.

The lady in Oz speaks the truth!

Did anyone watch the Sky Debate from Leeds last might. Mailnly normal people in the street 50% who voted yes 50% who voted no. Not a politician in sight.And a balanced programme in general.
Most spoke sensibly and I respect even those views opposite to mine. But did anyone notice the Remain activist lady in the room. Trotting out the usual scares. Apparently those of us who voted to leave didnt know what the consequences were....while of course those who voted to remain did??????

But how did the activist slip through the net! I wonder.............!!!!!!! She appeared to be wearing a remain bracelet and said "we have a lot of campaigning to do" but I note that she has been edited out of the summary online
