Tried to read a spec’n for that car and along with other manufacturers websites you have great difficulty getting to the nitty gritty on engine capacity, HP. Tourque etc. I usually go and pick up a brochure at dealers.
As I could never buy new I get the current years info and hope to buy an 18 month old low mileage.
My choice would be a Kia Sorento or Hyundai Santa Fe. My current Sorento is now 7 years old with 65,000 miles. And it’s appears to be just getting “run in”.. Hope it’s still as good after it’s service at end of March.
The 2.2 ltr engine is great for the amount of towing that I do at app. 5000 miles a year.

I'm the salesman's delight. I change our saloon cars every couple of years but I have had my Mitsubishi Warrior for 15 and it is my favorite. It has only got 45000 on the clock but the bodywork is looking a bit rough and needs the "La Ruste" touch. I call it "the skip" because its main use nowadays is a trip to the tip now we are downsizing. It is ridiculous keeping it with the cost of road Tax ,Insurance, Annual MOT etc. It is going as soon as my new 4wd SUV is delivered. My wife said. Do you really need one?..... Of course I do!!

Mac don’t get rid too soon, after a few trips to the tip, her indoors may well say “why are you messing up “our” new car with rubbish ?.”
Worse still in a few months you may have to get someone to remove some seats, sofa or bed which the Warrier would of swallowed.
But I do agree it may be time for it to go as it will be taking up space on your drive.
Parting is the difficult part. When my parents died I then had Dads car and my old car, then I spent some of their £ on a new car more suitable for my needs. It took me a few months to part with the pair. I got a scrapper to take them away and sold my third car to a pal to complete the conversion into an Escort Mexico.
I do get attached to my cars BUT !!

i would never have parted with my shogun, 1999, 2.8 i bought it used, and ran it for seven years, only part fitted flexy front exhaust pipe, but i needed a pickup for logs for my wood burner,it is doing the job,but very little room in rear passenger seat, but there,s only me and wor lass,i still see the old shogun running around gateshead.
