Sorry I missed your post above. This is not a 'reaction' to it but merely an answer. After having spent 20 years in the military and been subjected to countless barrack room lawyers I get switched off by anyone who starts offering 'words of advice'. For me it is the classic case of someone taking the 'listen up folks, I know what's best for you' position of higher ground. That's fine if you are an expert on the subject, but we are very short of experts these days. I am quite happy with hearing any bodies views, warnings, information, knowledge, memories, etc. but save us all from words of advice until we ask for them. |
Lastly, I will not fall out with anyone who has different views on the subject of Brexit. However, it is very emotive and we should expect to ruffle a few feathers here and there. I would welcome any sensible arguments that might convince me to stay in the EU...tough challenge but I will not insist that you be thrown into the Tower of London for trying
