Why is that? Aren't we a net exporter? Do we not have the refining capacity?
Supposedly the US is drilling enough oil that we're "energy independent". In fact, we're supposedly a net EXPORTER. So what difference does anything happening "over there" have on prices here? Something isn't adding up.
