No it was definitely Jamar. And with the scoring ability he showed...
averaging 8-9 PPG as a freshman when he figured to be a primary scoring option for the next 3 years would have started him out on a pretty decent path. It may have been after that A-LR game though, i remember it was one that got our minds wandering about what this kid could do. It’s easy to forgot now, but some of the shots he made as a freshman were unreal.  Previous Message
Jamar had one great game early in his freshman year (23 points against Arkansas Little Rock where he was 6-8 from three) but every other non-conference game was 11 points or less (usually less). He averaged 8.1 points per game for the year.
