Which I don’t need a 4 hour training seminar to tell me to do. I’m sure AF not gonna try to treat the wound myself beyond that If someone is having a mental breakdown at work (keep in mind I work from home 99% of the time) I’m not gonna do anything more than try and get them to calm down which, again, doesn’t require a 4 hour training seminar. Especially not one that’s scheduled over 3 other project calls that I’m actually involved in. And we already have resources available that we’re constantly reminded of that people can use if they need help with mental health
