And you’re still expected to tip the driver on top of everything else*
Previous Message PLUS an increased price on the food. Previous Message for three miles away. I'm not arguing for or against any pricing except the common statement of it crushing a business that has agreed to a set of terms and conditions. The restaurant owners are making a decision. Previous Message And no one will notice? Everyone would just order from a sifferenr restaurant. Previous Message Absorbing the cost seems to not make the services try to be more efficient or competitive. Previous Message Previous Message Can't restaurants add on 15% or whatever to cover the cost of that service? I mean, it's a service, no one should be expecting everything that goes into getting a meal to your door is free. Previous Message Its bad for everyone. Previous Message If you go a long time without ordering they email coupons of up to 60% off, which makes it cost about the same as going and picking up. Also dont love it because I've heard they kinda screw the small restaurants. Previous Message Got to the hotel late, and there was no food at the hotel and nothing walking distance. I was pooped and hungry but hated the idea of getting back into the car. So I tried door dash and ordered Indian Food. It was a bit expensive but hit the spot and I didn't have to leave the hotel. I would do it again in select circumstances
