Previous Message Previous Message If the Culver's version is anything at all like a normal Reuben, then I'm sold. Actually, it was a Grilled Reuben Melt, so that may be different than a traditional Reuben - I really don't know. What I do know is that this thing was loaded with meat and had just enough sauerkraut to give it a bit of a wang. It was smothered with swiss cheese and topped with some sort of Thousand Island type dressing. If anything, the whole thing was just a little too rich. Lots of competing flavors. I'll definitely try it again.
