I was actually underwhelmed by "Interplay". Great lineup but they don't seem particularly inspired. Apparently they were under-rehearsed and I think that comes across. You got "Intermodulation", right? The 2nd Evans/Hall duet album, pretty sure you recommended it to me but if not and you don't have it, I recommend it. Not quite as good as "Undercurrent" but just underlines the fact that these 2 guys were born to play together as much as any other 2 jazz musicians I can think of.
Don't know "Ugetsu" (the Monk album and "Moanin" are the only Blakey I have) but the others are all great, especially "Nefertiti", "Stick-Up", "Volume 2" and "Blues & Abstract Truth". "Our Thing" is actually a Joe Henderson album but Dorham does play on it.
