but I'm still shocked when people say 2011 was a "bad" movie year when it brought Uncle Boonmee, Certified Copy, Tree of Life, A Separation, and Margaret. (plus The Turin Horse, Elena, Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, The Arbor, Carlos, Drive, House of Tolerance, and Once Upon a Time in Anatolia).
Honestly it was probably one of the best years in film history.
