What made the first mashup so good was that it kinda went beyond the whole gimmick of mashing up famous classical themes together by making music sound like it's a coherent self-contained work rather than just a medley of famous themes. It's a piece with multiple section but with well-made transitions linking the piece together. Hell there is even a pseudo-development section where Mozart Magic Flute overture theme was manipulated into multiple keys and a great recapitulation of the opening theme (that followed a dramatic pause) that makes it almost has a sonata form like feel.
This second mashup is really just a chaotic medley of tunes that is jarringly mashed together that doesn't really go beyond the whole "can you spot this famous tune?" function. The parts don't always sound like they belong together. I'm not too sure I would listen to it multiple times like I did with the first mashup.
