Which means I find to be about as strong as other 2nd-tier Dylan like Desire, Planet Waves and Nashville Skyline.
Rolling Stones = Let It Bleed
A, bordering on A+.
The Who = Quadrophenia
I waver on this one, between a B+ and A-, so I agree that it's overrated, but still like it quite a bit.
Neil Young = Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere
A+. One of the top 3 albums ever made, IMO.
Kanye West = Twisted Dark Beautiful Fantasy
Kanye West's post-2005 albums are of formal accomplishment, but kind of a drag to actually listen to all the way through.
Dead Kennedys = Fresh Fruit For Rotting Vegetables
The political references might be dated, but the overall spirit is appreciated. Lots of energetic, catchy songs, IMO.
