I tend to listen to them with kind of a semi-disposable approach. Listening to a show once and then moving on to a different one the next time I get the urge to listen to Phish. Not that they aren't worth re-listening to, but they've got more great shows than I could possibly get to in my life and I like the idea that I can always listen to Phish and continue hearing great performances for the first time indefinitely.
That being said I thought the 2nd St Louis show on that set was particularly exceptional. The first set in particular is loaded with some incredible jams. Some of the best versions of Reba and Split I've ever heard among many other big highlights. I definitely plan on revisiting this one so I'd say it's definitely one to check out. But do you *need* it? I dunno, it's real good though.
