I like how things worked out, though. The two albums ended up with quite different vibes, Kid A is all full of these smooth textures and swelling arrangements, but Amnesiac is jagged and weird. I'm hoping that they'll do what they did with OK Computer in three years and cobble the b-sides and unfinished bits into a new companion album.
On that note as we speak I'm downloading the cassette tape that comes with the special edition of OKC:
Re: King Of Limbs, the album on its own isn't that good but if you include the five tracks that were released around the same period you have something at least up to HTTT standards.
