The Fall - Seminal Live easily. Only five studio tracks and they're mostly shit. For a full-length studio album, Re-Mit. The Franz Experiment would be a contender but it has "Bremen Nacht".
The Flaming Lips - From what I've heard, Hear It Is.
Metallica - Reload? St. Anger is a consensus pick but at the time I was impressed that they were going in a more death-metal (or more extreme-metal) direction than they had done before. Reload has more hits but Load has the better songs IMO.
Black Sabbath - Maybe Never Say Die just because it's by far my least favorite Ozzy album. I haven't heard much of the post-Mob-Rules albums (Born Again, Headless Cross, and Tyr, none of which is as bad as its reputation).
