What about "Ingmar Bergman" musical as well?
Yes FFS was a refreshingly great album by Sparks. It's funny that their collaboration with another band produced an album that basically serves as an encapsulation of the band career. Uniting the rock era with the dance pop era with the pop minimalism era of Sparks.
The only song that sounds more Franz Ferdinand than Sparks are The Man Without a Tan, Same Me From Myself, Look at me and the ending of king of the song
The classics are Johnny Delusional, Dictator's Son, Little guy from the suburbs, Collaboration don't work, Look at me, King of the song and A Violent death
It's a shame they only have one album. I'm slightly worried about the new Sparks album based on what I've heard so far as it seems like Sparks are stagnating repeating themselves and exhausting all the ideas of the pop minimalism of Sparks
