Yeah our classroom libraries had both Scary Stories (of which teachers generally approved) and Goosebumps (which were generally a grudging concession to popular taste). We did have a school library but we always had classroom libraries too, which by junior high (which was in the same school as my gradeschool) those were generally the source of books students actually read.

However, all I'm seeing on Amazon is the classic version, thankfully.
