I think both "Delirious" and "Raw" hold up as 2 of the greatest standup comedy performances ever. They work really well as companion pieces (especially when in "Raw", he talks about Mr. T and MJ being mad at him over being the shit he said about them in "Delirious"). I personally find the stuff about his family to be some of his strongest, especially the impression of his father. To be fair, I've never really understood the popularity of the ice cream bit either (maybe it's the universality rather than how funny it actually is) but it's only 4 minutes. Yeah, the way he talks about gay folks is dated as hell but still funny and he basically begins the bit by admitting that he's afraid of gay people.
