If you're demanding a favorite album, I'll go with Everybody Knows This is Nowhere, since I made it No. 1 on my two Babble top 100 submissions, but there's probably 2 or 3 other albums that could have this spot right now.
Group? I just don't have a favorite group.
Solo music artist - But what is a solo music artist? Someone who writes and performs their own material? Someone with a band, but who only has their name on the marquee? Seems like a lot of room for interpretation/overlap there.
I don't care enough about them to have a favorite.
Songwriter - nobody can even agree on what a "songwriter" is, so I can't nominate a favorite.
Producer - seems like a category where it's impossible to have a favorite. I don't pay much attention to who is producing the albums I like.
Book - I don't have a favorite book. If I was forced to choose one, I'd choose the most re-readable book that I liked a lot, not necessarily the one that had the greatest impact on me. The two most re-readable great books that I can think of right now, for me, would be Moby Dick and Crime and Punishment.
I love comedy, but never really got into comedians.
I can't have a favorite of something I haven't paid attention to in years.
