I do believe the pretty much every woman has been at least harassed (and honestly the threshold for what is supposed to count as harassment is pretty low, I think nearly all men have been harassed as well) and that assault is also more common than people want to believe. There's still some pretty well documented evidence that waves of fabricated memories of sexual assault can occur as mass hysteria. I also recognize that one of the problems with getting convictions in real assault cases is that people under duress get all kinds of things wrong, so the victim might insist some detail was important to the story and then have it be disproven (like a threatening phone call that she's sure she got the next day). But maybe just as we shouldn't discount a possible rape victim's story because it has some hazy details, we shouldn't all say "Well I guess he's a sleeze if she says that he showed her his dick 30 years ago but was afraid to tell anyone until everybody else started sharing their stories about being raped by celebrities."
