I'm not sure what counts.
For successful examples of intentional camp I'd point to the Godzilla movies. The first one was a serious parable about nuclear technology but most of the series are self-consciously made but often straightly delivered schlock. The issue there is that they're foreign films, and I'm not sure about imposing the label of "self conscious cult films" on them in the Japanese markets. I'm not saying that the Japanese didn't understand them as camp, but I'm not sure if you'd call them the Japanese equivalent of cult films or not.
