There is something humorous about this one I'll admit. Something about the extra dramatic piano music going along with all those insults being ranted by that Italian guy or whoever the pissed off guy was. Could be kinda creepy late at night too, something about the mixture of the piano with the low quality voice (taken from an answering machine, wasn't it?).
But yeah a lot of those "link tracks" on Aenima seemed completely pointless. I'll agree that "Intermission" is pretty funny with an organ track playing the Jimmy riff.. Aenima is a pretty fun record. I feel like they got a bit too 'serious' after that. I liked when they incorporated humor in their music on the first 2 LPs.
What about "Disgustipated"? That one is interesting. Ends with that creepy as #### voice reciting some weird story? Wasn't that basically their landlord saying "pay the bill" explained in the liner notes? That one still admittedly creeps me out a bit. Can't imagine coming home from work one day and checking the voicemail messages to find that on my phone or whatever.
