I listened into Clutching At Straws and was expecting it to be another cool concept album with similar songs, but no dice. just kinda mediocre songwriting, "Incommunicado" was decent but nothing too interesting otherwise. I've never given any of their stuff with the other singer a chance tho, which is kinda odd since they've put out way more albums with that guy now and their fans mostly seem to even prefer him. I see a lot of people regard some of those albums highly. No clue if they're worth bothering with tho.
I was literally drinking Gatorade as I read this post. So I hit it with a stick and yeah that's pretty close to the same sound.
