If it's "albums/artists/genres you've spent the most amount of time/made the most attempts trying to get into", my pick would probably be something like OK Computer or In The Court Of The Crimson King. I knew classical music better than pop/rock as a kid, so when I got into the latter I naturally was interested in proggy stuff, much of which never really clicked for me.
If it's "stuff you would be expected to like based on your overall taste but has never worked for you", there's a lot - Sia, Pavement, Beyonce, Paul Simon, Elvis Costello for starters. Though I don't know if I'd call any of them "objectively good" (then again, that's not really a concept I believe in).
