How can both Philly and Boston go out in the second round? One of them will take out the other; they're lined up to play each other if they both advance. I now demand that you pick a winner in that hypothetical match-up.
Like I said, Philly has been playing good ball but against a lot of bad teams. They are cocky and ripe for the taking... so much so that I will be quite disappointed if Boston, despite being injury-hit, can't beat them. If we get past them, I'll be satisfied with the run, whatever happens next.
No question, though, that Philly will be amazingly good in the next half-decade.
Also, re: Coach of the Year, a lot of people think Dwane Casey should get it. He's a good coach but didn't face *any* injury adversity like the Celts have all year. Having said that, his restructured bench (and DeRozan's improvements) are impressive. Not sure who else is in the running... Indy, Utah or Portland's coach, maybe? I'm pretty biased... I think Stevens is one of the top three coaches in the league.
