The incident I'm thinking of was definitely ordering triple-digit quantities of CDs with an unauthorized use of a credit card, resulting in having to return them.
I've actually done something similar to PHM. Back when eMusic gave like 50 free downloads with a new account I would use the library Wi-Fi, somehow paying for a new subscription, using sockpuppet Hotmail accounts to get the free tracks over and over. I don't remember the particulars, but it was a pretty ####ish thing to do and I hate to think I had something to do with the site's demise. They had logistical problems with the range of labels offered and their business model itself, and this was when I was dumb and in my early twenties, but still.
