Would like to post my male YDNA results to this page from FTDNA We already have abt 12 males of our specific lines that show at least a 1 -2 generation match from the Saco, Maine area. Looking to tie (perhaps)to a mariner, Mr Stephen Sargent who came to America on the Fortune 1633,in a Fishing operation through Mr Robert Trelawney/Trelawny from Plymouth, Co Devonshire, to set up a fishing operation.Stephen drown @ Isle of Shoals 1649, but his wife reportedly stayed in England. My ancestor Thomas b. abt 1665+/- was granted land by the Duke of NY(Thomas Dongan) in 1686. I was able to get abt 7 males that all match males of this line that perhaps ties to Mr Stephen Sargent and his Son John who settled Saco Maine(amongst others) John is the only documented son b. abt 1630. The only sraw of evidence I have is Stephen came from Plymouth, ENGLAND . Thank you for any replies, Penny Kresl
