While I didn't care for Crystal Skull no way is it worse than Hook.
It continues the trend of being relatively nice to Last Crusade. Didn't people kind of hate LC at the time?
The movie of The Color Purple, by soft-pedaling the lesbian/feminist-awakening stuff, gives you a weird choice: you can see the movie and see it watered down, or you can read the book where it was way too loud and obvious and made it obvious we were reading something written in or shortly after the 1970s (yes, the book is from 1982, but still.)
Nice of the two Cruise films to be ranked so high. I loves 'em.
In my list, it's E. T. that would be ranked like 15th. I kind of never got that one, not really. And I always thought the E. T. itself was hideous looking.
