I listened to Rich Bunnell & Co.'s podcast episode about it last week
Really entertaining! If you haven't heard it, I recommend it. There's a lot of insight there into how weird it is musically, details that previously went over my head because I know zilch about the mechanics of music and whatnot. Put it on and clean your kitchen while listening to it like I did.
Also, "A Wizard A True Star" is a wonderful album, though I don't own it anymore. I have a Todd Rundren CD box set in my Amazon wishlist and, according to the reviews, it contains a remastered version of the album that beats the old CD. I'll pull the trigger on that someday.
