Re: Oh yes, you rewatched "Lost"
I think I may do with GOT what I did with Lost (the first time) - Watch it straight through without reading any reviews, AV Club threads, boards, etc. Obviously the huge deaths have long since been spoiled for me, and unlike Lost there's a friggin' book series to read (and also unlike Lost, the show hasn't been off the air seven years) so it's probably going to be one of those watch-it-twice sorts of things. I think the reason I haven't already watched it is simply because I wanted to wait until it was over with. I have no bias for or against the subject matter of the show and am *not* avoiding the show so far because of its audience, either. Breaking Bad is to date the only utterly culturally huge show that I've bothered to watch while it was hot. (I watched Mad Men too but did not see the final season until well after it was over.)
I forgot to type out my movies list! Here:
Terms Of Endearment
The Postman Always Rings Twice (1981, even though it's supposed to be terrible)
Glass (when it comes out, even though I wasn't really a fan of either Unbreakable or Split)
The Chocolate War
