I'd tell you that Zwan's good, but screw it. If you don't feel like listening to Zwan, at least look up the hilarious stories about why Corgan ended up hating the band, where he thought they were mean spirited indie kids who didn't share his vision of taking over the world, while he presented this utterly positive, happy-faced, no-more-Goth-makeup-for-me image to the world back in 2002-2003 over the whole thing.
Surely they HAVE released everything in the Pumpkins vaults at this point. Kee-rist. No more, Billy. Move on.
Machina I've only listened to maybe three times in full in its entirety. It has some great (if utterly, spectacularly overproduced) songs like "Age Of Innocence" and "The Everlasting Gaze," but the whole thing was just a big bloated mess to me on full listen.
